Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Free on all orders)
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Orders are shipped using reputable U.S. carriers such as USPS or UPS

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are typically provided within 24–48 hours after shipment, depending on carrier scan times.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation email.


Packaging

Orders are packaged securely to ensure products arrive in good condition.
We continue to explore environmentally responsible packaging solutions while prioritizing product protection during transit.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at MiswakclubBM@gmailcom within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a resolution where appropriate.


Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
